Come and join the City of Ballarat Ageing Well Community Connectors as we share factual information around accessing Commonwealth funded My Aged Care and Support at Home services.

• A general overview on My Aged Care funding levels, programs and responsibilities.

• How to access an assessment for yourself, family member or care recipient.

• What’s new in aged care and how this will affect new and existing recipients.

• How to navigate the complaints process.
