Learn how to navigate the new employment laws and what they mean for Community Legal Centres, with Shelley Williams from specialist workplace law firm Kingston Reid.
This training is for Coordinators and Directors.
It will explore:
- Changes to fixed term contracts following the Secure Jobs, Better Pay Act
- Changes to flexible work and dispute pathways also following the SJBP Act
- Respect@Work changes, including the positive duty on employers to eliminate sexual harassment and sex discrimination in the workplace
- Changes to casual employment and casual conversion following the Closing Loopholes bill
- The right to disconnect
