Navigating Support at Home

MUST BOOK A TICKET BEFORE ATTENDING.

Come join us at the Hornsby Library, Room 8 for an informative session with Aged Care expert Natalie Hollings, funded by our Right at Home community program. Learn more about the newly launched Support at Home program and what this means for you. Whether you're planning for yourself or a loved one, this event will provide valuable insights to help you make informed decisions.

Our event will include free cake and coffee, and allows you some time to chat with other Seniors in your area. We offer a safe, and comfortable environment for you to ask questions, however, there will be some time at the end to speak with Natalie and depending on your needs, a free one-on-one consultation can be booked in.

Natalie will cover the following topics:

  • Intro and Overview of the new Support at Home program

  • Eligibility & Assessment Process

  • The new Levels, Care Services & Your Eligibility

  • Funding Options & Types

  • Choosing a Care Provider (Key factors & important questions to ask)

  • Fees & Contributions (Costs, your contributions, etc)

  • The Benefits of the program

  • Client Rights & Advocacy

Don't miss out on this opportunity to gain knowledge and empower yourself in making important choices for the future. Limited spots!
