Improving financial and service sustainability for non-profits in uncertain times
Event description
Let's tackle the tough stuff together!
Has your funding taken a hit lately? Feeling the pinch from shifting government priorities? Many of us across Te Tauihu are in the same waka, paddling through choppy waters - but there's a way forward. Come along for a practical korero where we'll share ideas, strategies and some good honest talk about keeping our mahi sustainable in these uncertain times.
Te Tauihu Community Development Agency has partnered with SociaLink to bring you this impactful workshop.
What's in it for you?
We're keeping it real with:
• A straight-up look at what's happening in the sector right now and how it's affecting your organisation
• Tips and tricks for responding to funding and policy shake-ups
• How to know your true value and actually get paid for it
• Stories from the flaxroots - real examples of how organisations are pivoting to emerge stronger
• A chance to chew the fat with others who get what you're going through
Cost: $39 ex GST per ticket. Please get in touch if the ticket price is a barrier - admin@tetauihucommunity.org

They successfully delivered this workshop in the Bay last year and we are partnering with them to bring it to Te Tauihu.
The facilitator - Tracy Stockman
We are really excited about having Tracy facilitate these workshops.
