Navigating the Holidays: How and When to Refer to a Higher Level of Care
Event description
Sara Hoffmeier, MS, LCMHCS, CEDS the Executive Director of Outpatient Services and Emerald Smith, LCMHCS, ATR-BC the Clinical Director at Veritas Collaborative will lead this informational lunch and learn. Join us from anywhere on November 3rd from noon till 1:15. Stress around the holidays is evident in the stories our clients hold which means that sometimes eating disordered behaviors can escalate. When is it too much? How do you know when to intervene and support your client when it seems their needs are greater than what outpatient can provide? This can be a real fear factor for anyone working in this field. Join us in this down to earth and relational presentation, and there will be time for questions and consultations too!
