This training course has been developed for stakeholders that need to submit applications on the NSW Planning Portal.


This session will include:

  • Navigating the dashboard
  • Explaining the difference between the ‘Active work’ and ‘Completed work’ tabs
  • Using the search or filter functions to find an application
  • Creating new applications
  • Updating your user profile information
