Peter Croft BE (Hons), MBA, GAICD

25-year C-Level technology industry executive with experience of leading multiple company acquisitions, including through acquisition of publicly listed Allocate Software by Hg Capital in 2016.  Peter has extensive experience in driving growth in organisations while managing the dislocating change that comes with post-acquisition integration. After a 30-year corporate career during which Peter has held directorships in Australia, the USA, The UK, Malaysia and Singapore, Peter now runs his own consultancy focused on deal origination and advisory services in corporate M&A.

Academic Director

Paul Vorbach MCom, LLM, MBA, FAICD, FGIA

Paul has 30 years corporate experience across finance, banking, academia and management education. Prior to founding AGSM partner firm, AcademyGlobal, he spent a decade across Deloitte and Citi in roles including Director and VP. Paul sits on the Australian Institute of Company Directors NSW Council and has served on three boards as NED. Since 2010, Paul has developed executive short courses with a number of Australia’s leading universities and professional associations.
