Synopsis:
As leaders in the not-for-profit sector, we often face the challenging task of providing feedback that may be difficult for others to hear. Our upcoming session, Navigating Tough Talks: Effective Strategies for Giving Feedback, is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to navigate these crucial moments with compassion and clarity.
In this interactive session, you will learn:
- Proven strategies to prepare for and navigate difficult conversations
- Techniques to ensure feedback is received positively and constructively
- Ways to maintain and strengthen relationships even when delivering unpleasant news
- Practical tools to manage your own emotions and reactions during these challenging discussions
