Description
When the winds of change are strong and the ground beneath us feels unsteady, it becomes especially important to anchor into the deep well of wisdom, trust and steadiness inside our own hearts.
There are times in our lives when there are more questions than answers. Finding our footing through connecting to our inner steadiness becomes a crucial element of navigating these times with more ease.
Join me for a gently guided yet deep journey into exploring a connection with your inner steadfastness, and growing your capacity for uncertainty.
There will be:
guided meditation for support with navigating uncertain times,
journaling prompts for clarity, and
an inner work practice to you help tap into your inner wisdom
Come as you are and be held in a gentle, supportive, trauma sensitive space.
While this session offers a supportive and nurturing space, it may not be suitable for those currently experiencing severe psychological distress or requiring a higher level of mental health support. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and agree to engage at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
