Navigating Workplace Investigations Under Queensland's Reportable Conduct Scheme
Queensland's Reportable Conduct Scheme commences on 1 July 2026 for organisations that work with children.
Under the Scheme, the Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC) can review investigation plans, request updates and actively monitor investigations to ensure they are thorough, fair and completed within reasonable timeframes. When an investigation concludes, organisations must provide the Commission with the investigation report, supporting evidence and details of any actions taken to address risks or prevent recurrence.
Getting your investigations right - from the very first step - is not optional. It is essential.
Join us for this focused, practical 3-hour training session designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct legally sound, trauma-informed and procedurally fair reportable conduct investigations.
Led by our experienced investigators with years of hands-on expertise conducting workplace investigations for educational institutions and child-related organisations.
