NAWIC Queenstown - Cromwell Memorial Hall site visit
Event description
Join the NAWIC Queenstown for our second event of the year and a site visit to the Cromwell Memorial Hall, Museum, and Events Centre—an exciting new development set to become a vibrant hub for the the Cromwell and Central Otago community.
Along with a guided tour of the site, we’ll hear from the Naylor Love delivery team about the project’s key features and construction challenges, followed by networking and light refreshments.
Spanning 3,100m², the facility will include:
- State-of-the-art museum & gallery
- Auditorium & versatile community spaces
- Cinema
- Café & retail areas
Set for completion in May 2026, the project incorporates:
- 1200mm deep concrete foundations
- Structural steel framework
- 12.5m precast panels
- Timber framing & a warm roof
- IL3 standards for maximum durability
