''The Foundations of Re-patterning (aka Hot Foundations) is a bold, new science-backed sequence of 40 poses designed by Yogi and Author, Kyle Ferguson.
It aims to shed light on how we can approach Yoga as a functional movement practice supporting a wide spectrum of diverse activity and also longevity.
More than just “medicine”, it is a thoroughly enjoyable class!
The practice is all-levels, both accessible for beginners and challenging for ‘advanced’ students.
The practice is Ritualised. If we repeat a sequence regularly we can get over the basics and start to engage in the detailed work of re-patterning, creating harmony in the body and balancing maladaptive patterns. The posture selection for Foundations is explicitly oriented to meet the challenge of providing the most value to the broadest spectrum of humans.''
Showers are available to use after practice (bring an extra towel or hire one) and we have on-site parking, if the spaces are full use nearby street parking. Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before class starts to allow time to park, check-in, speak with your teacher about any injuries or conditions, use the changing room/ bathroom, and to get set up in the Yoga room for the scheduled start time.
Can't wait to see you there, for a fantastic start of the day and a bit of sweat!
