Join the NAWIC Queenstown chapter for a behind the scenes visit to the Queenstown Country Club project.
Designed by JTB Architects and being built by Cook Brothers Construction, the slabs in place and the roof now on, this impressive three-storey tilt-panel building will soon offer 33 additional high-end two and three bedroom apartments within the Arvida retirement village.
Hear from the project manager and site manager about the build, and the coordination and sequencing required to land and install the 78 precast panels and 396 ribs, along with the complexities of tying the building into the existing Stage 1.
Parking: Access off Twelfth avenue.
