NAWIC Waikato - Te Kete Aronui, Rototuna Library Site Visit – The Final Stages…
Event description
Te Kete Aronui, Rototuna Library Site Visit – The Final Stages…
Late last year NAWIC Waikato had the unique opportunity of an early site visit to Te Kete Aronui, Rototuna Library, a design partnership between Chow:Hill Architects, Designwell and Aecom, the build is now in its final stages, and we’ve been given the chance to return to see how the project has developed on site
The design of the new library and community facility reflects the community’s desire to create a vibrant village heart and hub, which is coming to life with the finishing touches, and interior features taking shape! As part of the Site Tour the Main Contractor, Livingstone Construction will provide a brief site induction, this will be followed by an overview of the design by Chow:Hill… questions about the process and design are encouraged! Following the Site Visit, NAWIC Waikato would like to invite everyone to gather at the Good Neighbour Rototuna for refreshments. Pizza and nibbles will be provided courtesy of NAWIC Waikato (drinks can be purchased from the bar)
When: 4.30pm Wednesday 5th April
Where: North City Road, Rototuna. We will meet just inside the Entry Gates (southern corner)
Site requirements: PPE is required - Hardhat, Safety shoes & HiVis Vest.
