Join us for an overview of essential product testing protocols recommended to develop and maintain sensory and consumer research within small to medium sized businesses.

Learn about core sensory tools developed for use by SME’s, based on decades of experience evaluating products for major multinational organizations. Discussions will focus on fundamental procedures for qualifying assessors, developing your hypothesis, and designing sensory research to gather high quality data to inform business decisions. Discussions will focus on conducting research at the appropriate stages in development, including recommendations for pilot testing prior to larger scale validation testing with target consumers.
