Join NCIFT as we learn about rheological characterization of food products with Dr. Daniela Fritter of The Clorox Company.

Daniela Fritter, PhD

  • Associate Research Fellow in Clorox R&D, specializing in material characterization of consumer packaged goods such as household cleaners, food emulsions, and personal care products.
  • Lead rheologist for Clorox since 2002, providing technical guidance and insights to drive consumer delight and ease of manufacturing.  Previous roles at Clorox include upstream technology assessment and three years in product development (Hidden Valley Ranch).
  • BS in Chemistry (Cal State Fullerton); PhD in Physical Chemistry (UCLA).
