Together, the Student Spiritual Life Survey and Staff Spiritual Life Survey enable you to gather strategic insights to provide holistic care to support the spiritual formation of your staff and students. 

About the Surveys

Developed by NCLS Research, the Student Spiritual Life Survey and Staff Spiritual Life Survey are based on more than 30 years of experience in world-class research into faith, church life and spirituality. The surveys provide the opportunity to hear from your students and staff on questions that truly matter. Responses provide a rich dataset from which to tailor interventions to support the spiritual well-being of your staff and students. Conducted annually, the surveys provide year-on-year insights on how schools listen and respond to the spiritual needs of staff and students, how staff and students understand and engage with the message of Christ and the impact of faith on their daily lives.
