Meet Council’s NDIS and Community Care teams

Did you know Council has a dedicated team of NDIS support coordinators? It's Community Care team also helps coordinate aged care services and recreation opportunities for older people.

To help the community find out more about these services Council is hosting a relaxed meet-up for community members to connect with our NDIS Support Coordination and Community Care teams.

This is a great opportunity to learn how Council supports people with disability and older residents in the Tweed—whether through connecting people to tailored NDIS support, aged care services or recreation options for older people.

Drop in for a cuppa, ask questions, and learn how Council's teams can support you.
