I'm Monique van Zelm Felix, a Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience in the field of disability and I am fed up with reading terrible reports and consoling NDIS participants who have had their world turned upside down due to a funding decision. Now, these reports are terrible because of the practitioners skill at their job, but it relates to the knowledge of understanding the NDIS system and how to write to it to get results.
