Bushfires are a natural part of our environment and an inevitable part of our life in the south-west, impacting on ourselves and our communities in a range of ways.
Discuss perceptions and experiences of bushfire. Learn about the fire triangle and how it is used to think about fire behaviour, preparation, prevention and suppression. Discuss the history of fire- Aboriginal burning practices, European influences and adaptations of plants and animals.Â
