Neighbourhood Story Slam - Goosebumps - Halloween Party

Queenstown's only live storytelling event is ready to take on Halloween! Get ready for a twist on our usual slam set up - we'll be live at the Cargo Collective in Arthur's Point, kicking off the night with a story slam show that will flow into a Halloween party! Think DJ, dancing, drinks, games, and more! Costumes are strongly encouraged.

Neighbourhood Story Slam is a live community event in which storytellers can share a true, personal, lived 5-7 minute story on the night's theme.

"GOOSEBUMPS": Prepare a seven-minute story about the moments that made your heart race and your skin prickle. Tales of spine-tingling encounters, eerie coincidences, and things that go bump in the night. Or maybe it wasn't fear, maybe it was awe: a place, a person, a single second that caught you off guard and left you breathless.

We want to hear the stories that made you feel alive... the ones that come back to you when the room goes quiet; the ones that still give you goosebumps.

Doors Open: 7:00 PM

Stories Starts: 7:30 PM

Party Starts: 9:30 PM
