EVENT INFO & IMPORTANT NOTES

Kids must be accompanied by an adult

Lune Events is not responsible for supervising unattended children.

To stay within our venue's capacity limits and make sure as many kids as possible get to join the fun, we ask that only one adult per family attends. Additional adults may not be able to enter.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation.

Children must be aged between 5 and 12 years and/or currently enrolled in Primary School.

Please note: Parents are welcome to bring younger children if a ticket is purchased for them, however, please keep in mind the event is specifically designed for children aged 5–12. Younger children must be closely supervised at all times.
Children over the age of 12 will not be permitted entry, as we are committed to keeping the event kid-friendly and safe for all attendees. Proof of age may be requested at entry to ensure all children meet the age requirements.

Ticket Check-In

All tickets will be scanned at the door — please have them ready on your phone or printed out. No ticket, no entry!

Health & Safety

There will be loud music, lighting effects (like strobes), and party props used during the event. If your child is sensitive to these, please take appropriate care and precautions.

Allergies

Food and drinks will be served at this event. While we aim to offer allergy-friendly options, and will not serve any nuts, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If your child has allergies, please supervise their food choices.

This event may be photographed and/or filmed. By entering the venue, you consent to your image and/or your child’s image being used for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise.
