Neptune in Retrograde is a dance-floor journey through the music of the 1990s and 2000s—two decades that produced a distinctly rich, adventurous, and unforgettable era of music.

Expect big favorites, rave and club classics, deep cuts, Epic Remix’s, and hidden gems across pop, hip-hop, funk, house, breakbeat, Big Beat, jungle and drum & bass, trip-hop, acid jazz, dubstep, soul, and more.  This is a night built for dancing—but also for listening, remembering, rediscovering, and hearing incredible music from those decades in a new way.

If you were in the clubs, raves, and parties then, you will hear songs that bring you right back to the dance floor—along with amazing tracks you may have missed or forgotten the first time around. If you were too young to be there or just not into that seen at the time, this is a chance to experience an era of music and dance culture that still feels fresh, powerful, and unlike what is being made today. And no matter your age, or what you were doing back then there will be plenty of timeless anthems and familiar favorites to sing, move, and lose yourself to.

DJ Neptune has been moving dance floors since 1985 and was actively DJing the raves, clubs, and parties of these eras as they happened. With more than four decades as a working professional DJ, a deep personal collection, and the instincts to drop the tune you forgot you loved at exactly the right moment, Neptune brings a depth of knowledge and lived connection to this music that few DJs can match.
