Nervous System Reset is a gentle, down regulating 9D Breathwork journey designed to guide your body out of stress and overwhelm and into a deeper state of calm, rest and regulation.

This experience is perfect if you’ve been feeling constantly switched on, mentally exhausted, overwhelmed, restless or simply in need of some space to stop.

Through gentle breathwork, immersive sound, guided relaxation and nervous system focused techniques, you’ll be supported to soften out of the thinking mind and reconnect with your body.

What to expect

Unlike some of our more activating 9D Breathwork journeys, Nervous System Reset is intentionally slower and gentler.

You’ll lie back, put on your headphones and allow yourself to be guided through an immersive experience focused on slowing the breath, releasing tension and supporting your nervous system to move towards a calmer state.

You may experience deep relaxation, physical sensations, emotional release, a quieter mind or even drift into a deeply restful state.

There is nothing you need to achieve.

Nothing you need to force.

And nothing you need to fix.

No previous breathwork experience is needed.
