Nest Boxes - Construction

In June we learnt why well-built nest boxes are a valuable resource for our local native species. At this session Neil Padbury and other Yackandandah Men's Shed volunteers will help us construct safe and effective nest boxes. 

Join Three Flats Landcare Group to learn more about nest box construction -  

• Using available materials
• What size & shape for your target species? 
• How big is the entrance and where should it be located?
• What to place inside the box? 
• How to discourage predators?
