Event description

The Bridge Art Project have invited Mildura artist Rach Kendrigan from Regenerative Communities to host their workshop Nested on the site of the Bridge Art Project in Moama.

Rach is a practicing artist and community development worker from the Mallee. With 15 years experience working in arts, culture and community they bring systems thinking, creativity and collaboration to everything they do.

Rach’s creative process explores the intersections between body and place, with practices grounded in Bodyweather, Rewilding, Yoga, Buddhism, Regenerative Practice and Holistic Decision Making.

The Nested workshop will explore deepening our connection to - and understanding of - how we are nested within community, place and self.

Working on the Bridge Art Project site, through guided experiences in the landscape we will explore learning from nature through presence & noticing, deep listening and collective being.

The workshops are open to, and suitable for anyone who has an interest in learning more about these practices and applying them to their work, creative practice, community and personal life.
