Event description

Sporting clubs play a vital role in role modelling positive behaviours and creating a healthy community environment.

Join the Good Sports Team to find out more about how the program can help you to build strong policies around alcohol, smoking, vaping, illegal drugs and mental health.

The session will cover:
• An overview of Good Sports and what the program can provide for your netball associations and clubs.
• Preventing and reducing alcohol-related harms, including how to have safe celebrations.
• Get tips on creating club policies for alcohol and other drugs, smoking and vaping.
• How to have conversations about mental health
• How to create a family friendly environment at your association/club.
