Join us for a subsidised, accredited two-day workshop that empowers you to support young people’s mental health with confidence and care.

This nationally recognised Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) course is designed for all adults who support young people aged 12–18. Whether you're a teacher, coach, youth worker, parent, or community leader, this training equips you with practical skills to recognise early signs of mental health challenges and respond effectively, even in crisis situations.

Delivered by experienced therapist and facilitator Jen Elhindi, this course offers a supportive and engaging learning environment, helping you build confidence and take meaningful action when it matters most.

Training Breakdown:

Over two days of evidence-based, practical training, you will learn how to:

  • Respond with Confidence
Use a structured, evidence-based action plan to offer initial help and guide young people toward appropriate professional support.

  • Understand Adolescent Development
Distinguish between typical teenage behaviour and emerging mental health concerns.

  • Support in Crisis
