Freshta Mayar is a Managing Director at Neu Capital with over 20 years of experience in institutional banking. She has worked in both domestic and international markets, specializing in leverage finance, fund finance, capital markets, and fintech. Freshta has supported accelerator programs for entrepreneurs, is a big advocate of sustainable finance and has facilitated leadership and empowerment training courses.

Jason Watts is a Managing Director at Neu Capital with extensive experience in investment banking across Europe, Asia, and Australia. He has held key roles at Barclays Capital, Bank of America, and Westpac, where he managed a $50bn portfolio. Jason has led significant transactions for companies like Zip, MoneyMe and Wisr, leveraging his deep market knowledge and investor relationships.
