Neuro-Affirming Craft Group- With new facilitators and venue!

Join us for a welcoming and sensory-safe Neuro-Affirming Craft Group, where creativity and community come together! Running Mondays from 1–3 PM, April 28 to June 30, this group offers a chance to explore different craft activities in a supportive and inclusive space.

Led by two qualified holistic creative arts therapists, who are neurodivergent themselves, this group is designed to embrace and celebrate neurodivergent ways of thinking, creating, and connecting. Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to trial a new craft—whether it’s painting, weaving, clay work, or other creative expressions—without the expense of buying all the materials. All tools and supplies are provided, so you can explore freely and find what sparks your interest.

Beyond creativity, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, share experiences, and enjoy relaxed conversation in a judgment-free environment. Whether you’re looking for a creative outlet, a sense of belonging, or simply some time for yourself, this group is here to support you.
