Psychological safety at the heart of human leadership.

Building on the foundations of our trauma-informed leadership program, this immersive workshop expands and deepens the approach, equipping leaders with practical tools to foster psychologically safe, inclusive cultures where teams and productivity can truly thrive.

Join us in Hobart on 1 May or in Launceston on 16 October 2025.

About the Workshop

Neuro Leadership is a one-day program for organisations, teams, and leaders dedicated to fostering psychologically safe workplaces where people and productivity flourish.

Explore the neuroscience of behaviour and learn how the autonomic nervous system shapes team dynamics. The workshop focuses on building personal agency, navigating state changes in challenging conversations, and setting boundaries to prevent burnout.

Facilitated by Dr Polly McGee, a trauma-trained neuroleadership expert, this interactive session offers practical tools and a trauma-responsive leadership toolkit. With simple language and relatable examples, it’s ideal for leaders aiming to build supportive, inclusive cultures while enhancing their confidence and capabilities.

Participants leave with actionable strategies to cultivate psychological safety, inclusivity, and sustainable success, all while enjoying a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

Join us to transform your leadership and workplace culture with practical, science-backed insights.
