Have you found the process of unmasking and unpacking to be difficult to adjust to?

• Would you like support and guidance in exploring this process for yourself? We don’t have it all figured out, but no one does!
• Would you appreciate having an open space to talk about your experiences and explore concerns?
• Would you like that support to be kind, lighthearted and free of judgement with other people with lived experience?

Then come join Mandi & Lisa Clegg for an enjoyable meet up online to discuss your questions, explore what topics come to mind and find camaraderie in others who are not perfect.

Mandi is an ADHD therapist and Lisa is a late-in-life diagnosed AuDHDer. They have spent the last 5 years working through unmasking and fitting it in to an existing relationship.
