Neurodiversity in the Workplace Awareness Training Online

Overview

At ASA, we love sharing our lived experiences of being a neuroinclusive employer. We'd like to offer this program to those who'd like to enable neurodiversity in their workplace.

This 60-minute presentation provides a broad overview of neurodiversity, including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, highlighting neurodivergent experiences in the workplace, how neurodivergence can present at work as well as reinforcing why a neuroinclusive work environment benefits everyone.

The presenter

Our Learning and Development Manager Brendon Eglinton has worked with hundreds of neurodivergent staff, supporting their social, emotional and technical development in an inclusive workplace to set them up for success. He has also delivered neurodiversity awareness training to over 1,000 people, including government departments and multiple industries.
