Neuroscience of Yoga & Meditation
Event description
Dr. Val Rytova is a behavioural neuroscientist, dedicated to supporting people's well-being. With a PhD focused specifically on brain mechanisms underlying anxiety-related and social behaviour, her expertise is a great asset to exploring the benefits of well-being practices, as well as day-to-day life. She currently teaches at Victoria University, manages educational programs, is a mother and entrepreneur. If you're curious about the power of your brain and the impact of your daily habits on your brain, you will find her work very inspiring and impactful.
Our intention is to support people's well-being and empower them to have clarity about their brain.
In this specialized workshop, participants will be left with clarity about what shapes their behaviour, the impact of specific well-being practices on the brain, and have a direct access to impacting their life through these practices. Also included is a beautiful Yin Yoga practice facilitated by Kate @ YogaEarthLove.
