Time to move to all the tunes we know and love (and probably forgot about)! A little bit of Hip Hop, a little bit of fun, a little bit of disco—loads of fun! We learn grooves and moves to take to the dancefloor, with no choreography.

It’s the full-body workout you didn’t know you needed, all through dancing, laughing, and singing—no gym required!
