Never Stop Learning: Espresso 101

This class is an introduction to espresso as a brewing method and latte art. We will focus on basic concepts of espresso and build up an understanding through a hands-on workshop (with material to review and take home). Before pulling shots and steaming milk at the espresso bar, the instructor will present an overview of the essential equipment.

Duration: 2 hours

Cost: $60 per person (+2.25 Humanitix Booking fee). In addition to the class, you'll get to nab an SCC #neverstoplearning pencil, a sticker, and half-pound of coffee.

Note: Attendees must be over the age of 16. If under 18, a parent/guardian must accompany.
