In ancient times, women naturally lived in harmony with nature’s rhythms, often bleeding with the moon and resting in sync with the Earth’s cycles (infradian rhythm). Today, we exist in a world that is disconnected from nature and prioritises constant productivity and is set up very masculine (circadian rhythm).... Yet our bodies still hold the wisdom of these cycles.
This circle is an invitation to remember.

By embracing your seasonal nature, you step into a life guided by intuition, self-trust, and deep nourishment. You set boundaries rooted in self worth, honor the power of rest, and create space for new energy to bloom.

We are a mirror of nature. We, too, are the flowers and the trees.
They do not bloom all year round, the daisy is not in competition with the rose and just as the trees shed their leaves, how can we let this encourage us to let go and release, so we retreat and call in the new, come spring.

About the Host

I have been leading women’s circles since 2021, starting in my little beachside home in Australia. These gatherings were born out of a desire to create a safe and welcoming space for women to connect with like-minded souls, embracing their weird, witchy, and wild selves.
These spaces truly changed my life and many others, my heart is overflowing with gratitude + love for all of the beautiful connections and experiences. 

After moving abroad and taking time to adjust and explore, I’ve gradually brought these sacred spaces back to life, hosting circles at festivals across the UK.

Beyond circles, in 2023, I birthed SheSoulTravels — where I work as an intentional travel consultant and tour guide. I help women connect with their most soul aligned and dream trips and turn them into reality, lead group journeys around Europe, and mentor those stepping into the travel industry.
