New Beginnings

Stepping Stones Theatre Company is proud to present our inaugral production of 'New Beginnings.'

A fanastic collection of the biggest and brightest openings of beloved broadway stage shows and films, this revue is the perfect launching point for the team behind Stepping Stones.

Stepping Stones is a new theatre company in Gippsland, run entirely by young people, with a focus on empowering and developing their skills in Musical Theatre and Drama. After seeing the gap between youth, high school productions and adult theatre, the crew behind Stepping Stones took it upon themselves to fill the gap, creating a company that would act as inclusive and safe 'stepping stone' for young people in their region. 

For their first ever production, they felt it fitting to roll with the theme of fresh starts and beginnings, and created a revue comprising of the most beloved musical theatre openings, including hits from Broadway classics such as Oklahoma and Hamilton, to Disney hits like Tangled and Aladdin, and the silver screen with shows like Dear Evan Hansen and High School Musical.

Show time is approximatelty two hours, including a 20 minute interval.
