Event description

Teddy Bear Sleepover

Bring along your favourite soft toy to have a sleepover at the library! The librarians will take good care of your special toy for the night. 

The next day, join us for a fun afternoon Storytime with songs, books, and rhymes, and you’ll be able to see what shenanigans your toy has been up to. We’ll also have a fun craft for you to make and take home.

For pick-up and Storytime, please arrive 3.30pm Friday the 15th of August as we will wrap up around 4.30pm.

Recommended for Ages:
4 - 8 years (Adult supervisor required)
All whānau welcome to join in Storytimes.

Cost: $FREE

Special Information: 
Drop-off: 
Thursday 14 August, 9am to 6pm
Drop off your soft toy at New Brighton Library for their sleepover. 

Pick up & Storytime: 
Friday 15 August, 3:30pm to 4:30pm 
Pick up your soft toy and hear about their shenanigans at our Special Storytime-3.30-4.30pm
