Starting with short nervous system regulation techniques that are breath and fascia focused we prime the body for the journey from a guided cacao ceremony and live multi-instrumental looping into the Sound Healing and finishing with a yummy treat while our super start plant plays music through a special device called " Music of the Plants"!

Stress creates dis-ease a lowering of the body’s natural vibration. Through constructive interference, coherent sound waves help entrain brain waves and regulate the nervous system bringing the body back into harmony and wellbeing.

Cacao Ceremony

We use sacred ceremonial single-origin Criollo cacao to gently open the heart and deepen connection with Pachamama (Mother Earth), ourselves, and the frequencies of universal love.

This plant medicine supports the release of anandamide — the body’s natural bliss molecule, encouraging presence, self-love, and openness throughout the sound healing journey.

About Ben & Sarah -

For over a decade Sarah and Ben have been using the ancient technology of yoga, sound, singing, breath and Sanskrit mantras to navigate challenges and enhance their health and quality of life. This naturally inspired them to share this with community and hold spaces of healing and rejuvenation for others.

Having past health issues Sarah and Ben have had the direct experience of how powerful the body is at healing when you care for it. Wether you have a condition / disease or wanting to discover new levels of health and vitality. There are certain experiences that can have profound positive affects in the body and they have fomulated them into this event.
