Event description

Step into something new.
This is the first-ever NENA event! A full-day spring symposium in Armidale designed to awaken the senses, expand the heart, and invite you into community with fellow seekers and curious minds.

NENA is not a sit-and-watch event. It's a journey of embodied learning, creative expression, and conscious discovery. Across the day, you’ll move, feel, reflect, and participate in sessions designed to engage the whole self.

Your day may include:
• Group Tarot
• Group Energy Healing
• Sound Immersion
• Bowen Therapy
• Quantum Consciousness Journey
• Tantra Shivaism
• Somatic Sex Education
• Dancing Freedom
• Human Design

This is a day to explore, connect, and grow; guided by skilled facilitators and supported by aligned local businesses offering nourishment, tools, and care rooted in connection.

Whether you're curious, seasoned, or simply open to trying something new, NENA is a space to arrive as you are.

Come for the whole journey. Be part of this first spark.

Full program and schedule will be shared closer to the event.

Venue note: the studio sits one flight up inside the arcade (stairs only, no lift), and please leave heeled shoes at home, they wont play nicely with the studio floor.
