New Medium Density Codes Overview

Back in April, the WA Government released the long-anticipated Medium Density Housing Code. The challenge for the building and development industry now is to come up to speed with the new Codes, and ensure an understanding of the key changes to current medium density housing designs. 

At this event, Melinda Marshall, a Town Planner with over 20 years experience, will provide a high-level understanding of the key changes and the intention behind them. This will be followed by a Q&A and an opportunity to network with other professionals who work in the built environment industry.
