New Moon Beach Meditation - January

You are invited to join us as we embrace the energy of the New Moon in Aquarius. This means a strong need for emotional freedom. However, when in a group of people, its easier for you to understand your feelings and free yourself from things like fear, anger and jealousy.

A New Moon is the beginning of the lunar cycle when we set intentions and aim to manifest our desires.

We will

* cleanse our energetic field,
* be guided in meditation,
* set intention to manifest our dreams
and enjoy being grounded in nature.

Please bring

• water bottle
• yoga mat/towel, rug and cushion (it can get chilly)
• wear comfy clothes
