Join Jamie on Saturday, May 24th, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, for a deeply transformative evening of Guided Breathwork & Sound Healing, aligned with the powerful energy of the New Moon.

This sacred journey begins with breathwork, designed to help you release what no longer serves, clear stagnant energy, and open yourself to renewal. As your body and mind surrender, you’ll be immersed in a healing soundscape, infused with the vibrations of:

🎶 Crystal Singing Bowls – Pure tones to balance and harmonize
🎶 Medicine Drum – Rhythmic beats for deep energetic release

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A cushion/pillow & blanket
A water bottle
An eye pillow or scarf (optional)
Wear loose, cozy clothing

⚠️ Important Note:
Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach. Please allow at least 2 hours after eating before the event to support a more comfortable and effective experience.

Parking: Street parking only – please allow a little extra time to find a spot and arrive relaxed.

Sound healing is a safe and profound practice, but if you are pregnant, have implants, sound-induced epilepsy, or serious mental health conditions, please inform me in advance.

This is an intimate and deeply restorative experience. Spaces are limited, so book early!

About your facilitator:

Jamie Belso is a passionate sound healer and multi-instrumentalist, known for creating deeply immersive healing experiences using instruments like the Yidaki (Didgeridoo), Crystal Singing Bowls, Medicine Drum, and his voice.

With a background in Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki, he weaves together Sound Healing, Breathwork, and other holistic practices to guide individuals into states of deep relaxation and inner harmony.

Jamie has facilitated everything from intimate sessions to large community events, drawing on years of experience, wisdom from time spent with various cultures and practices from around the world, and a commitment to creating safe, sacred spaces for transformation.
