New Moon Cacao Ceremony & Kirtan

You are invited to a heart warming Cacao Ceremony and Kirtan in the New Moon with Nic, Carol and friends.

Set intentions and allow them to flow through your voice... 

We will open the space with the medicine of cacao, and embark on a journey of music and mantra, connecting to the healing practice of singing, silence and, above all, to your HEART.

About cacao:

This powerful plant medicine has been used by ancient cultures as a potent heart opener and a portal to connect with the divine.

How to prepare:

- Best not to eat 2-4 hours before ceremony;

- If you must eat, only eat a very light meal;

- Avoid coffee and other stimulants the day of ceremony as they can lessen or confuse the effects of Cacao;

- Wear light and comfortable clothing, that are easy to move in;

- Option to bring a cushion for extra comfort; 

- Bring an open mind and a loving heart;


Allow yourself to immerse with all your senses as we embark on this soul journey together.

Carolina is a yoga and meditation teacher. She is a space holder who loves to share her passion and wisdom with others. She runs cacao and moon ceremonies, meditation sessions, and yoga classes. She uses different healing techniques and through her deep connection with this sacred heart medicine is how she creates a sacred and safe space for you to connect with your soul

Nicole (@nicolebhakti)

Nicole is a passionate Yogini, Bhakta, Holistic Mentor, Doula, and Founder of Sadhana School. She started her yogic and spiritual journey in 2013 and have completed over 1000 hours of trainings around the World. Guided by nature, intuition and dharma (purpose), she offers gatherings, workshops and retreats as a way to expand love, spirituality and consciousness to the community. Her offerings are an integration of a multi-lineage journey of studies, connection and experiences. She has a really intuitive and unique way of guiding people to find their truth and support their healing and transformation journey, by holding a sacred and safe space where they can express all that blooms from within.
