Hello wonderful Bodies,

New Moon Conscious movement August 13th - Returning to love, compassion in action, awakening to ultimate oneness.

In my back garden, my wattle bush is bursting with yellow flowers and my everlastings are starting to bloom. With the days lengthening and the weather warming again, this signals the transition into Djilba. A time of new life, when baby animals are being born.

After the grief and shadow work of Makuru, this is a time to return to our most loving centre. And of course, a return to love is not only about a pleasant feeling - love is made fully real in action - just as the animals protect their babies at this time of year, we also must take action to protect love, compassion and oneness in our world.

So for this dance we will be moving to a playlist featuring some bright brass and horn music, awakening our spirits to the joy of love and oneness. The tracks build to a sustained peak of high energy, reflecting the action oriented

Reflections for this dance:

How have I turned away from my truest self and what is the path to return?
What shape do love and oneness take in my body?
What does love feel like, sound like, look like?
What loving actions can I take this month?

May you experience Life and deep Peace,

Saskia
