Event description

September 3rd 2024 6-8pm at Wonderland Wellbeing in North Shields. £20 which includes drinks, healthy bakes and a gift to take away. 

A chance to gather in comfort with like minded folk in a non judgemental setting to share, reflect and set intentions for the month ahead. Let go of what no longer serves you and connect with your higher self in a supportive environment.

What to expect - welcome drinks and healthy bakes, optional sharing, guided meditation and breathing exercises, Reiki and Crystal Healing, Oracle cards Journaling and intention setting.

Yoga mats, cushions and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
