Rebirthing/Yin Breathwork is a gentle and restorative healing practice that uses conscious connected breathing to invite deep realization and expanded states of awareness.

Unlike more forceful or intense breathwork styles, Yin breathwork is about surrending to the natural rhythm of the breath.

Perhaps you have seen videos of people going through intense breathwork processes online and thought: “That looks overwhelming-not for me” Yin Breathwork offers another way- a softer way approach that allows the nervous system to pause, recover, and rest.

When the body feels safe, the mind feels safe.

From this place of safety, we can gently access old memories, emotions, and energetic blockages that have been held in the body.

This creates space to release stored tension, gain clarity, and awaken to who we truly are beneath old stories and conditioning

This journey combines Rebirthing/Yin breathwork with the healing vibrations of sound.

Using crystal and Himalayan bowls, medicine drum, gong, rav drum, rattle, flute and channeled vocals, Ashley will guide you into deeply nurturing space where breath and sound weave together to restore balance in body, mind, & spirit.

What to expect –

- Ceremonial clearing/cleansing with smoke or feathers (please advise Ashley if prefer not to receive smoke)

- A Yin breathwork & Sound Healing Journey to support release, clarity, & deep restoration

What to bring –

- Comfortable clothes

- Pillows, bolsters, blankets, or anything else that supports your comfort (you will be lying down for much of the journey)

- Yoga mats and eye covers will be supplied on the day
