New Moon Reiki Sound Bath

NEW MOON REIKI + SOUND BATH 🌑

There’s something so special about beginning a new lunar cycle this way…

Not rushing into the day, but giving yourself a few hours to slow right down, turn inward and listen to what’s underneath the noise.

We’ll begin our morning together with blue lotus tea and light breathwork to allow us to relax and drop into the space and setting our intention before moving into the sound immersion.

Then we’ll surrender into a deeply relaxing Reiki Sound Bath.

Sound is vibration. And vibration interacts with the body in fascinating ways.. influencing brainwave activity, breathing, heart rate and the nervous system as we move towards deeper states of relaxation and presence.

And then there’s the part that can’t always be measured 🌀

The feeling of resonance.
The quiet.
The energy in the room.
That moment when you stop thinking and start feeling ✨
