New Moon Sound Bath

With this Aprils New Moon, come along to Soul Sound Healings sound bath to recharge and renew. A sound bath is the perfect setting to help you get clear on your path, to manifest your intentions and bring them into reality. 

Lisa will guide you through a sound journey using a range of instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Drum, chimes and more. W Allowing the beautiful vibrations from these instruments to help relax, let go and embrace the wholeness of your being.  

Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket, an eye pillow and some water: I encourage you be to be as comfortable as possible, please bring what will make you super comfortable and warm while laying down so you can allow yourself to let go and fully enjoy this sound offering.
